service technician will perform four (4) Preventive Maintenance Trips
during the year.
The inspections consist of:
- Change filters on all trips
- Check belts, motors and pulleys
- Check alignment of bearings
- Grease bearings
- Check low and high voltages
- Check safety controls, fan and limit
- Check blower motor and fan amperages
- Lubricate all motors, where applicable
- Check proper combustions. Adjust if required.
- Check thermostats
- Check fuses
- Brush condenser and evaporator coils
- Check condenser fan blades
- Check refrigerant pressure. Adjust if required.
